You simply cannot automate everything and cut hours expecting to have any level of similar service. I'm glad this institution has closed so many branches in PA. They are evil cutthroat thieves.
The manager there is so nice! He printed out my information for me very quickly and was very personable. I experienced no waiting and I love banking with Bank Of America so glad there is one in PA
