Both of my boys have had their vehicles serviced here (a Volvo and a VW). Not only were they kind and professional, but it was these guys who fixed shoddy incomplete work done by another mechanic. They came recommended to me by another satisfied customer and I am grateful. At least I knew when my kids got back behind the wheels of their cars they were going to be operating a safe vehicle. Cannot say enough good things about Krohns. I would pay to have my car towed there rather than take it someplace closer and take my chances.
The best when it comes to customer service. We brought our new car there which was a used VW and they have been extremely helpful, friendly and honest with us.
