I have ordered flowers here a few times over the past two years. The first time via internet and second time calling directly. When ordering by internet, I was contacted by a pleasant person to confirm my order and delivery. During my most recent order, I called directly. The person who answered was pleasant and helpful (and patient) in assisting with my purchase. In one case, a flower was not available and she made several recommendations of how they could adapt the piece. On both orders, the flowers were delivered on time with no issues. I'm happy to recommend.
