Everytime I visit Napoli pizza I have a great experience. The food is amazing along with the service and staff. I highly recommend trying one of their cheese steaks!

I have been ordering from here about 3 times a month lately. Many of times Sierra has delivered my order, she is great! The past few times it has been another female. The last time and tonight I ordered over the phone and asked for a total. The female was very rude and assured me she would call back with a total. The last time she never called back, ok fine I figured they were busy. Tonight, the same lady said she will call back I said nevermind then because I never got a call back last time. She insisted and called me back AN HOUR AFTER I ordered! I answered the phone she said this is Napoli calling I said oh are you here? The lady said no I have your total I am leaving the restaurant now to deliver it. I am less than a mile from the establishment. Ummm why bother calling?! I waited an hr for one pie and mozzarella sticks! So my food comes. The pizza is a large pie with bacon. Very skimpy on the bacon! The mozzarella sticks are luke warm/cold. These last two times have been the worst. Mind you I order from Napoli because I like them more than Johnnie's and Vinny's. I may have to make a change if this doesn't change.
